Tuna Salad
Perfect for either a salad or a sandwich, this recipe is one we use for when the weather gets hot and you need something cool and refreshing to eat. Simple and easy to make for those that need something quick and satisfying for a hungry family. It is also very adaptable if you want to change it to fit your taste. The recipe serves 4-6 .
Ingredients
4 - 6 oz cans of tuna in water
1/2 Cup - Mayonnaise
1/4 cup- onion minced
1/2 tsp- garlic minced
1/4 cup- dill pickles minced
1/4 cup celery
1 Tbl lemon juice
dash of garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1: In a bowl mix together the tuna, mayo, onion, celery, pickles, lemon juice, minced garlic and garlic salt
2: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Either serve on toasted bread or as part of larger salad along with lettuce tomato etc.
