Remoulade Sauce

Remoulade is one of those sauces that can be made with mayonnaise or oil along and adding any combination of herbs, capers, spices, and pickles. It originated in France, but was quickly adapted around the world so that now there are an abundance of recipes for it depending on the country or the region that you are in. Remoulade is used as a condiment or dipping sauce for foods such as crab cakes, cold meats, and French fries.
