Creamy Keto Friendly Lobster Bisque

This creamy bisque recipe is perfect for any lobster bits you might have and is a quick throw-together recipe that requires no blending. All it needs is a bit of chopping and barely 30 minutes of simmering on the stove. If you find that you do not have lobster available , you can easily substitute crab, shimp, crayfish or langoustine. When completed this recipe serves 4.


4 small lobster tails- cut into large chunks

2 carrots- peeled and diced into small pieces

2 celery stalks -cut into small pieces

1 onion -diced

2 tomatoes- diced

4 oz mushrooms-minced

2 garlic cloves -minced

1/2 cup white wine

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups vegetable broth

2 tbsp tomato paste

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp thyme

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 bay leaf

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper


1: In a medium sized pot, sauté the carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms in olive oil until they start to soften and brown a little bit (around 8-10 Minutes).

2: Add all the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil and then lower the temperature. Allow to simmer for 25-30 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

3: Remove the bay leaf at the very end and serve immediately.
